Interpersonal Relationships Group Therapy
Purpose
This group is aimed at helping group members navigate relationships—intimate/romantic, family, friendships, etc. Not only will group members learn skills to help them better understand their needs and communicate them to others, but they will also have an opportunity to learn from each other as each member brings in their own relationship experiences. This group is targeted toward people in their 20's and 30's. Group members will have the opportunity to continue for another cycle in the summer or fall, if interested.
Logistics
Eligibility: Age 20s - 30s
Session dates: Mondays 6:15pm - 7:30pm from March 13 - May 8 via Zoom
Cost: $50/session
