Instructors
Kate Casale, Psy.D.

In addition, participants will learn about empirically supported treatment from other modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Motivational Interviewing, that compliment the standard CBT-i approach. Steps on how to create an individualized treatment plan using a manualized treatment will be taught through use of case examples. Participants will walk away with handouts, resources and enough basic knowledge of sleep behavioral medicine to get started within their own practice.
